We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item — we’re here to help!
Customers can request a return for eligible items/orders under the following conditions:
The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
The item is non-perishable
The sum of non-perishable items in the order is greater than £50
The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery
Photo evidence is provided to confirm the item/s are in their original conditions
If your item meets all of these criteria, we will happily arrange for a courier to collect the item and issue a refund once it has been returned to our store and verified.
Please note:
(1) Perishable goods (e.g. fresh or chilled items), opened/used products, and return requests made after 24 hours from delivery are not eligible for return.
(2) Hygiene & Safety Exemption Policy
Some products are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene and safety standards. This includes, but is not limited to: earbuds and in-ear audio devices, personal care items (razor heads, toothbrush heads, skincare/makeup), intimate apparel where hygiene seals are removed, health devices intended for single-person use, and any product with a broken tamper or hygiene seal.
Once the return is confirmed, refunds may take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
