There was a problem with my order. I received Zapp credits. How do I use them?

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Select your items;

2. Click on 'Basket';

3. In the payment section, select 'Pay from my wallet balance first';

4. Click on 'Checkout'.

To review your credit balance, head over to the 'Account' section and select 'Credit'.

Reminder:

All products containing nicotine and tobacco are excluded from earning and redeeming credit. Your credit cannot be used towards your order fees.
