There was a problem with my order. I received Zapp credits, how do I use them?

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Select your items;

2. Click on 'Basket';

3. In the payment section, select 'Pay from my wallet balance first';

4. Click on 'Checkout'.

To review your credit balance, head over to the 'Account' section, and select 'Credit'.
