My voucher doesn't seem to be working. Can you help?

- If you copied and pasted the code correctly, double-check that there is no space before or after it;
- Make sure that you are meeting the minimum order value; you can review this in the terms and conditions of your email;
- If you’re trying to use a voucher with a minimum order value, please note that it doesn’t cover your fees;
- Check that you haven’t used the voucher before, as they are only valid once;
