As a Zapp customer, you’ll be given a Zapp ‘wallet’, which shows the exact amount of your credits, along with your credit transaction history. Your ‘wallet’ is in our app, so in a few clicks, you’ll be able to find your balance. Please visit the 'Account' section in the bottom right corner of your home screen to review your current account balance!
When our Customer Care Team wants to compensate you for your troubles or appreciate your loyalty, the specialists will add some credit to your Zapp account that you can redeem towards future orders with us.
Please note that once added to your Zapp account, your credit is valid for 30 calendar days. Your credit cannot be used towards your order fees.
