I cancelled my order, so why am I still being charged?

Your card will be charged at checkout to generate the order. If you have cancelled your order with our Customer Care Team, a specialist will process a refund to your original payment method.
Please note this can take 5-10 days to show in your account, depending on your card provider.

Please note that, depending on the status of your order, a fee may be automatically applied to process the cancellation.
