What should I do if my order is showing as "delivered" but it hasn't been?

Sometimes, our rider accidentally completes the order before they have handed over your delivery.

If this has happened, your delivery should be with you within 5 minutes.

If it isn’t, let our Customer Care Team know, and they can check the rider's location and status of your order.
