Why haven't I received the verification text message?

There could be several reasons why you haven't received a verification text. It could be that the Zapp app doesn’t recognise the language you’re using on your phone. You can try switching your phone’s language to English, then try again.

If that works, and you get the verification message, you can then switch your phone back to whatever language you’re using. If you're still facing challenges, please reach out to our Customer Care Team who will try their best to help you and get you Zapping in no time!
