We’ll phone you and try to fix the problem as soon as possible. If we can’t reach you, we’ll cancel your order, and refund your payment immediately. Please note, it can take 5 to 10 days to show in your account depending on your card provider.
We'll also check we have the correct address for future Zapp orders. Please note that, depending on the status of your order, a cancellation fee may be applied to cancel your order.
