I've spotted Zapp riders in my area, but the app doesn't recognise my address. Why is that?

As curious as that may seem, there may be a simple answer!

- If your postcode isn’t showing up in the app, try and manually type in your complete address;

- Make sure the spelling is correct and add as many details as possible;

- If your address uses the name of a building, search for your street address instead;

- If your address is a new build, the postcode may not have been added to the Royal Mail’s database yet. If you register your postcode with the Royal Mail, they’ll update their database.
